The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Specialist- Infrastructres who loves technology, communication, and results. You’ll play a key role in generating qualified leads, managing inbound and outbound sales activities, and supporting our growth.

What You’ll Do

  • We believe sales thrive on discipline and numbers. Consistently executing daily sales activities is key to success in this role
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound activities
  • Research, prospect, and take an active role in initial outreach
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into qualified prospects or sales
  • Understand customer needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team Lead to build a strong sales pipeline

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in call center or inside sales roles 
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in phone-based customer interaction
  • Experience with marketing and sales automation or CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce,Apollo,Lusha,Linkedin Sales Navigator) 
  • Someone who loves creating stories — and has the drive to start their own and eventually grow into a leadership role within the company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong curiosity about technology
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable with targets
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
